She explained how the application process
for each option works and was available to answer questions. Adam Parrott-Sheffer, Principal, Peterson

March 15, 2011 Real (E)state Update of the Neighborhood Carmen and Anthony Rodriguez, Broker Associates with Coldwell
Banker Residential Brokerage, provided us a summary of the past year's real
estate activity in our neighborhood. The presentation included a
review of short sale and foreclosure data and a Q&A on how to
manage your own property assets in this challenging market. Homeowners' Tax Exemptions Priscilla Zepeda, Cook County Assessor's Office Ms Zepeda gave us an overview of the many tax exemptions available to homeowners. Visit their website for more information and downloadable exemption forms.
