Much Love Studios (formerly Willow & Birch) is purchasing the former Spaced Out Studio property at 3256 W. Bryn Mawr. You can see a complete proposal and business profile here.

 

They are requesting a zoning change from B1-2 to B3-2 so that they can obtain a special use permit that will allow them to continue to offer their paramedical body art services. These include restorative tattoos for cancer survivors and burn victims, for example. The studio also offers yoga, sound baths, candle making, crafting, and other holistic well-being services.

 

They are planning no physical changes to the exterior of the building.
